Rise Academy

The RISE Academy is an alternative school in the Postville Community School District. The Alternative Learning Center will provide students with an opportunity to earn the credits required for graduation in a manner which is focused on individual learning styles.  Rigorous curriculum will be provided through both online and direct instruction.

Students use an online learning program called Odysseyware to complete academic courses. This program contains a variety of lessons, quizzes, tests, and projects that matches state standards of instructions.

Students have an option to complete 36 credits in order to receive a Postville Rise Academy Diploma or complete 50 credits to receive a Postville Community School District Diploma.
